We currently have the email server down for repair.

We expect full email service to be restored by 3:00 PM.

UPDATE: Email service should now be fully restored.

Thursday Feb 23rd we will be replacing the equipment that was damaged during Sunday's power fluctuations.

We expect minimal disruption of internet access and will work to make the process as quick and painless as possible.

We experienced power outages yesterday, Sunday Feb 19.

The power was out between 1:30 and 5:30 in the morning, and again around 1:00 in the afternoon for about a half hour.

We had a piece of equipment damaged by the power outages, but we have routed all traffic around this equipment and all services appear to be functioning.

Yesterday afternoon we experienced a problem with the mail server. The problem affected all of the splus.net users and some of our hosted domains.

Full mail server functions were restored by 7:00 PM last night.

This morning we are experiencing problems from our upstream provider. We are currently looking into the problem.

Update: The problem is getting worse, now less and less sites are working. We have confirmed with our provider that parts of Maryland, Virginia and Delaware are affected. They do not have an estimated time for service to be restored.

Update: As of 12:00, everything appears to be back and running as normal.

The mail server stopped responding. The server was reset, and mail functions were restored.
